Remember I posted I am pretty sure on this post line a series progressing Scenarios

There are too many humans of the wrong capabilities (not smart) that they want to trade off to get tech. Probably they have a breeding program right now. Involving Scientist to scientist or scientist to their daughters.

How could it be done ? Just place your self as one of them and ask your self a question. So the question I would ask is this. First a statement. "OH my God ! The Alien is so smart ! We are thousands of years behind in brain power ! What can we do about it ???

Well I would realize right away that all the great scientists work for "us". Next I would create in every secret base, a director of parties !!! I would have lots of free alcohol and lots of pretty AND SMART women at the parties. If they were scientists I would insist they wear skimpy dresses. I would include some light drugs there too. Next since "we" have kajillions of dollars also at our disposal I would inform any woman that she could make $100,000 dollars if she could get pregnant by a scientist -- each and every time !!!

And usually those kids would be taken away to be educated with an adopted military family. Easy peasy.

THAT HAS TO BE HAPPENING. QUITE QUICKLY YOU COULD HAVE THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF CHILDREN BEING BORN. If you started early enough you could have millions of them. Scientist would not know that they had 50 children some where, and they would never have to be told they did either.

And that program would take care of the advancement of the remainder of the human race - which of course they would include themselves as part of that group.

All the extra kids, all the go forth an multiply stuff, all the Allah wants more Muslims, All that stuff make good breeding stock to supply food, DNA, experimental "animals" for ALIENS.

So this is very disturbing

So in its simplest terms the military thinks about military things-

and it was all a good military thing
or
it was a bad military thing

What the hell does that mean ?

So for instance - the good thing. There is something that the military cannot tell us that is a military threat such as THERE ARE ALIENS LIVING AMONG US SUCH AS ALIEN HYBRIDS. THAT IF EVERYONE GETS THE SHOT THEN BY SOME WAY EVERYONE THAT IS STRICKLY HUMAN OR ALIEN CAN BE IDENTIFIED PERHAPS AS THEY MOVE ABOUT THROUGH AIRPORT SCANNERS AND SIMILAR. The vaccine in some way ether weakens Hybrids and or places an identifier into the body so it may be scanned to tell the difference between human and alien.

Next - the bad thing-- The military is involved with another Power that had given an ultimatum to Earth and the USA military in particular. FORINSTANCE. AN AGREEMENT HAS BEEN MADE THAT THE EARTH IS TO BE REPOPULATED WITH HUMAN HYBRIDS. If the military have agreed to a treaty of sorts then Earth will be left alone as long as all the hybrids can come in. But part of the plan is for a massive human culling of the population and massive amounts of tech will be delivered to Earth and Earthlings can join the Galactic Federation to move about and trade along with the rest of the universes aliens. The vaccines are involved to begin the process of weakening the human population for future diseases about to be released.

But we saw that Farsight remote viewed the Dulce story. You know the rumors that there was some kind of war between the US military and the Aliens under Dulce Base.
1-a combined base of Aliens and US military at Dulce- who does that but allies ?? No one. There is no Russian and American base any where -- is there ? But there are British and American combined bases. Britain is an ally of America isn't it ?? So a base of Aliens and a Base of Americans, one over top the other means -- MEANS THEY ARE ALLIES-- doesn't it ?

Then in the remote viewing we saw there was one group of Humans in one type of uniform and we saw humans in cages under Dulce base didn't we ?? And then I think we saw or it was inferred there was this skirmish or war and then what was remote viewed ??
There was quiet again down below and a new set of Humans were walking around with Reptilians as guards and the humans were wearing a different color uniform. Hmmm.

So I would infer to that that there was a big dispute between aliens and humans. Humans attacked and then a peace deal was worked out with new batch from another agency working again with the Aliens. Now we have all heard of the Hybrids coming in-- story, and there are remote viewed experiments going on under Dulce involving humans in cages.

Wouldn't it be very possible that hybrid experiments were going on ? And now that everything is worked out between Aliens and Humans would it be possible that that "HYBRID" experiment is BACK ON THE FRONT BURNER. IN OTHER WORDS WOULDN'T IT BE LIKELY THAT THE HYBRID AGENDA IS BACK ON TRACK WITH HUMANS NOW WITH THEIR OWN VERSION OF HYBRIDS AS WELL ?
