So I am investigating what you think is happening -- at 22.30 min is a blank out of the words (the sound goes). So if I go out again and come in again in other words shut down the farsight link and then come back in again fresh from the beginning I think that a blank out should not occur exactly at 22.30 since you indicate some how its a glitch of some sort. Well a glitch I think would not happen at the same spot - it would happen randomly and here and there. If it happens again at 22.30 min then its a YouTube censorship technique happening.

I agree. And I am not some hurricane specialist but HARP apparently does many things one of which is controls the weather. When I listen to meteorologist talk about hurricanes I listen to words. Words like, - well this storm is sure unusual ! We've not seen one that acts this way or that way, or this is taking a very different turn,, than the algorithms said it would do etc etc

I have heard that HARP can't create a hurricane (yet) but it can strengthen one and it can apparently steer them. It does this with a powerful satellite pumping out massive amounts of heat directly in front of the hurricane which the hurricane feeds on and then gets bigger and stronger.

I have also heard that not just the US has a HARP but other countries have them as well.

David, HAARP was a big deal back in the mid to late 90's.
All went quiet when they said they had shut it down - until there were other more advanced similar technologies found to be operating around the world.
It was labelled a conspiracy for many years - still is.

Again you are probably closer to the truth than I am. To add to your discussion points and maybe running parallel or perhaps HARP can do this to. It is that when Galactic societies were being ranked in their development there were I think 7 levels. I believe level 1 was a society that had gained control over all their planets power. Level 2 is when the entire sun is controlled say with a Dyson sphere around it. Later I believe gaining control to either a black hole or an entire galaxy.

Now it is said we are at 0.7 (so not even at level 1 yet) but it is wondered whether the CERN which is a rotating sphere and then my speculation that HARP which I believe is more of a beam weapon. But anyway there is a theory out there (on the internet) that harmonizing CERN with the sun will allow the power of the sun to be harnessed. Its a rotating field (the sun) and CERN which is a rotating field - so one rotating field in theory can influence the sun and vice versa. Perhaps some type of HARP weapon could be paired with all of that for a fantastic beam weapon as well.

My belief is that HARP has been scaled up (gotten bigger). The one in Alaska I suspect is sitting dormant and looks unimpressive - however there is a Dr Greer reference to a whistle blower who says he worked in Alaska and he describes what could be a massive HARP equivalent that is nuclear powered - said to create earth quakes, weather events and world wide mind influencing and mind controlling events through its use.
