What's under the mesa? What's above the triangle? Which group of ETs are involved with what goes on there? And why? When did they arrive? How about a timeline: their arrival, what they are doing there now and why, when will they leave? What has our military to do with it? Why won't Bigilow release his findings?

I looked into the TV show, and after 2 seasons I developed the following opinion:

The show is staged, but that doesn't mean it's not real. They are presenting what is already known for many years to make the public more familiar with it. It's still a government program. There's a real possibility here that the phenomena are of human origin and the ranch is just a big psychological experiment.

So I binged seasons 3 and 4, and it's getting more and more interesting.

Can't be that expensive to dig a tunnel beneath the "thing" that's inside the mesa and go up. Or use the tunnels that are already there.

The being called Skinwalker somehow reminds me of how Lacerta describes her people – a reptilian species that can run very fast and change its appearance through manipulating the minds of others.

Holographic technology plus the 50/50 split between reptilian and human hybrids. They never left. The problem is that the skinwalker is based on native mythology and they aren't always the best at explaining things from a more practical point of view.
