Based on a conversation I had with someone today...

Take a close look into major disasters such as the recent earthquake in Turkey and determine whether technology was involved. That is, some other power that may have technology to cause these incidents. The position of Turkey is important to other conflicts in the area -- was this action intentional in order to locate assets to the region?
