Are organized Psychological Operations (Psy Ops) being used against the American population by their government?

If so, who is behind them?

Who proposed it, who devised it?

What are they? Are they being run under a single umbrella, or is this a fragmented operation?

When did these begin and what organizations/individuals are involved?

Is the "news media" a part of it? (owned by only a few).

As I understand, there are rules in place allowing the government to launch PsyOps on the U.S. population.

There could be many "PsyOps" in place at this time. One of them could be the non-disclosure / coverup of existence of UFO's / ET's.

This guy Alan Watt, was a very intelligent man, who I think they killed. They said he passed away Thursday March 4, 2021. That's just a few months ago.
