Adding a block chain link to a session
Educational, but, kind of complicated; anybody who has ever dabbled in getting set-up for & obtaining crypto-currencies knows that it can be a somewhat involved process, especially if you're someone like me who doesn't have all of the typical «government-documentations» that every else carries around (for reasons that involve the fact that obtaining or replacing any is funding domestic-terrorist-organisations; and the continents do not belong to mere mortal man anyway; its domains' true-owner is Source [God]).
Anyway, for a «simpler» and thus «easier» way to prove that a particular session or target or what-not was done on or prior to any particular date, one can video-record and/or photograph the sessions where there is a time-synchronisation device nearby that shows/displays the current date/time (whether be it a computer, laptop, mobile-device, multiple, etc.), use the time-synchronisation function or pull up a web-site like TimeAndDate which displays the time/date for the camera;
And ,for those who need to take absolute-extreme-measures against the «debunkers» who are just going to claim that you deep-faked the video and/or photos, well, although this is kind of getting into the realm of being potentially more complicated than simply going the Block-Chain/Crypto-Currency route, technologies do exist that are able to determine/detect whether something is A.I.-Generated (and even technologies that «water-mark» images/videos as _being_ A.I.-Generated), but, even if that is not enough, then use multiple video-cameras at multiple different angles, perhaps even with a combination of security/surveillance-cameras that capture all of your video-recording activity so that all of the angles can be checked and compared to rule out the likelihood of your videos and/or photos being manipulated or photo-shopped or deep-faked, etc.
