This could be quite the dilemma as there are those souls who would like to retain their power over others and continue their wicked ways, and to do that they need victims. If those types were freed to go forth and conquer the galaxy/universe it could be akin to releasing a virus which would spread and eventually infect the whole deal. Perhaps that is a good enough reason to quarantine this whole system and only those who make the effort, eg Lao Tzu types would 'qualify' to exit.

It is indicated that once outside a body we are not limited to space, time or size. There will be somewhere to call home which is individual for each soul. Some souls on planet may already know this, others are just finding their way through the maze and others are blissfully existing the best way they know how not knowing much at all.

Having no access to past memories, or perhaps a few fragments isn't enough to formulate an opinion or decision about ones future post death. If one finds themselves 'free' and outside the prison system, then it seems like it will be an excursion into getting to know oneself all over again, which might actually be fun, including the good, the bad and the ugly side of ourselves. Most certainly it will be one hell of a story being told to ones soul family and associates.

I doubt that the prison planet system is meant to "rehabilitate evil souls". We know for a fact that the bad alien souls are in power manipulating humanity and they're not subject to the prison planet system. They incarnate into and possess influential figures here without being subject to the same rules as everyone else. Even Lao Tzu and Buddha being so enlightened weren't able to escape the death trap without help from some alien friends, as RVed by Farsight.

I agree. This is especially true if an ISBE has manifested in physical form. In the physical realm, scarcity and competition inevitably arise, and that's when harm begins. People often hurt others out of a need to survive.

Additionally, one cannot fully appreciate or understand what is "good" without having experienced what is "bad." Ultimately, it's all just part of the broader spectrum of experience.

The ending of this game will be far different than people are programmed to believe. They think some UFO saviours will swoop in and rescue them lol. That's not how it's going to happen and is already happening. You are your own saviour. Each one has to do their own work to extricate themselves from this game.
