When it comes to remote viewing, I think credibility is everything. If I were a remote viewer, I think I would immerse myself in education of all sorts. The more I understood world history, politics, science, archeology and the hierarchy of world power, the better I would be able to interpret what I was remote viewing & relate that to others. All of the other ways I present myself would just be a distraction.

In scientific remote viewing, it's all about collecting data blind. The viewer doesn't have to interpret anything.

See, there's a possibility that remote viewers will become a "priest" class, interpreting that which others can't see or connect to. It has the potential of a religion – if the majority stays ignorant and wants the viewers to do all the work for them. For that reason, the main goal is and should be to teach remote viewing to everybody.

It is really quite oblivious. Which remote viewers do you relate with & which would you rather turn off. Which have communication skills & have more of a world view, as opposed to one that stops, studders & has a hard time gathering their thoughts. After you remote view an event & have no idea of what you remote viewed, how can you form an opinion or explain the subject matter. Which lends more credibility. a rapper. Hells Angel biker, or a professor?

I think if you're doing very broad RV and just collecting what is there than sure basic knowledge of everything is useful to describe what you're sensing or seeing. If you want in-depth detail of how their technology works for example, advanced understanding in electrical/mechanical engineering is needed.

CB said in one of his video some years ago that whatever the RVer is naturally good at or have extensive knowledge with they will be naturally drawn to it during their sessions. He also said this is why more STEM people should really practice RV to get as much details as possible. It's like a giant jigsaw puzzle where most of the image is completed but those missing details are needed to complete the image.

That is why I miss Dick Allgire & Daz Smith..
