The first thing you need to understand is that in every world or realm, you can have a body. For example, in the astral, you would have an astral body in contrast to the so called physical body you have here. But what does it mean to have a body? What's the purpose of the body?
The purpose of the body is to interact with the world around you by touching things. This is achieved through the fact that the body is part of the world, not part of the self. That's why people call it a "meat suit," but it can also be a technological suit (see the conversation between Aziz and the leader of the Domain, he also explains it).
This means: In the astral, you can use your astral body to touch astral things. In that regard, the astral body is not different from the physical body you have here. It's just that you can't use your astral body to touch the physical things here, and vice versa.
In fact, every body is a physical body, because physical means "being able to touch". Calling this realm here the physical world already is misleading, and as far as I'm concerned, is done to prevent people from understanding how reality works.
But what does it actually mean to touch?
If you know that everything essentially consists of waveforms, to touch means, simply speaking, clashing waveforms such that the energy is redirected. This is true for every world or realm. Every world is experienced as a physical world if your body is part of that world. We also call that as being "in phase."
Now, let's look at the concept of escape, or running away:
Essentially, you want to escape the violence of another being. The problem is: If the violent being has a body that's in the same phase your body is in, it can touch you, meaning it can cause harm by violating the integrity of your body. You can escape by either leaving the reach of the other being, which can be difficult, or you can leave the body behind. If both alternatives are not an option, you need to fight by defending yourself with physical force.
Psychopaths call this "the game."
The game originates in the predator/prey relationship of the animal kingdom. If a being developes sapience, which is the understanding of the objective difference between right and wrong behavior (see Mark Passio), it leaves the animal kingdom and becomes what people on Earth call a human. Being human means "not an animal," whereas animal means "being harmful to others" or "unable to understand". That's where the term "homo sapiens" comes from. A sapient being is a being you can talk to.
So, if you encounter an animal that wants to harm you (e.g. eat your body), or you encounter a psychopath (technically a sapient being, but doesn't give a sh*t), there will always be fight or flight.
So, if you don't want to be the prey anymore, you have to become either faster or stronger than the predator.
Regarding mind control and psychic manipulation, there is no faster, so you have to become stronger. That means: You have to know how it works first, and you have to practice. You have to put work into it. It doesn't matter where you are – the principles are always the same.
Exactly. Our effort is a reflection back to the Source of our love. The love is to respect the existence given to us by the Source. It was never about religion or subservience ...it was always about energy in action to move forward the experience which the divine true light "God" requires to grow. We are sparks of the divine and to put our effort in yo both strive and survive is to be at one with the universe. Physical survival was never in question, but that is why they created religions...to disarm the people. They've become lazy and stupid. Many also fell for the game the fallen created by mixing together of the Organic Portals/NPCs with those who have a spirit and will be returning eventually to the Source bringing their newfound experience back with them.
