I have lived in Costa Rica since 1992. I moved here because of the overbearing nature of the USA back then. I had not read much before I moved here. My instincts were that the Federal Government had a beef with Christians and independent thinkers, such as Waco and Ruby Ridge. That's is primarily why I moved here other than loving the surf and two oceans.
We all have recently been exposed to far more information because of the internet, and I want to inform people of what is going on here, locally, where I live. The last year has seen a tremendous push of the Agenda 2030, and the World wide communist agenda to take PRIVATE PROPERTY, and move everyone into 15 minute cities. This is the last place I though I would see this agenda pushed through back in the day, because it was just a simple, mostly rural, third world banana republic. Nothing to prove, no military, rule of law, and chill people. That is rapidly changing.
I am holding no agenda in posting this, just providing information which I know to be true, so PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BEING AN ASS HOLE, OPINIONATED KNOW IT ALL... Like so many of you tend to be. I am simply providing information on what is happening here.
First play by the Local government in the Southern region of this country was to attempt to pass what was called the Plan Regulador de Terrenos, or a regulatory plan on this area. It is not as developed as the capital city of San Jose, and has lots of forest, and a tremendous amount of WATER. In the 90's laws were passed about not cutting trees without permission, not cutting near the river bed areas, and a whole lot of environmental laws were passed. Currently you can get in big trouble for cutting trees without permission on your own property. The new plan, which the municipality attempted to pass quickly and without anyone finding out about was this Plan Regulador (POT). The plan was a rezoning of an entire county in which I live. This was done by the government contracting with a company with foreign influence that created a map. Where there was the main road between San Isidro del General, and the coastal town of Dominical, there was a white zone of 250 meters on each side of this road. Where there might be a small rural community was a brown zone, and everything else was green. The green areas can NOT be built on, and are 99 % of the land, which is PRIVATE PROPERTY.
The second part of the law was this. No longer can a property be subdivided into less that 5 hectares (12.5 acres). And no longer can a property be left to children as an inheritance. It becomes non-transferable upon death of current owner.
There are also huge restrictions as to use of property now as well. No one can have cows, pigs, chickens, or other livestock without getting permission first, and this permission will only be granted to large existing cattle concerns, most of whom are involved with the current Meat Monopolies. Planting of food is also subject to regulation. IN OTHER WORDS, DEATH TO THE SMALL PRODUCER AND SELF SUSTAINABLE FARMS. To make matters worse, if you have a river or spring on your own property, you can not take water from your own creek or river. It is a total change of the current living situation in our rural area. This law has been approved in most of the country. Our area however has had a large resistance. Over 5,000 people showed up to protest this POT a few days after it was found out about, and we kept the pressure on the local government to the point that the mayor told the Pueblo (people) that they would abandon the legislation... we celebrated for about a week. Now we have a new law, not from the Local Municipality, but on the FEDERAL level. This new law is called the Plan de Ordenamiento Catastral... the Plan to Order the Properties. And it is even worse and more restrictive. I will include more information if there is interest in this thread. Thank You...

Lol thanks. I've been at this dedicated for a good 25 years now, but all my life really. I posted most of my information on godlike productions forum where millions go to, but I stopped going on that site as it's a shit show lately.
If you are not there yet, you should join FFG at the Founders level. People there are, in my opinion, too focused on trying to come out of the turbulent times rich with cryptos, so to some extent they are cheering for the breakdown of our civilization, but they are generally interested in the topics that you discuss here. The Farsight audience seems a bit too gullible and naive to me at this point in time.
