In the Insectoids project, the "good" ETs had one thing in common: They are not aggressive, meaning they don't enslave other beings. That's why they don't like the invasion of the brain called "deep mind probe" – because it's an aggressive behavior that is disrespecting self-ownership.
I think it's time to develop a protocol on how to contact and deal with other beings in a good way. There was very helpful information in that project, so here's my suggestion:
1. Read the "frequency" of the being. You can tell wether it wants to protect itself or not.
2. No trespassing! Just knock at the door like a civilized being.
3. Start a conversation, ask wether the being wants to give its information voluntarily. There were great conversations with the good ETs in the Insectoids project. That's how it's supposed to be.
4. Beings who already expressed aggressive behavior, like the Draco reptilians, have no right to self-ownership, as they are also disrespecting that right regarding others.
But keep in mind that within natural law, there is no such thing as kin liability or guilt by association. It's always the individual that is responsible. For example, an encounter with a Draco justifies the assumption that it will be aggressive, as most of their kind expressed aggressive behavior and conviction in the past. But it's also intelligent and has free will.
So, how do we deal with potential aggressive beings while at the same time respecting free will?
A good example are the Insectoids that are involved in the human trafficking. The remote viewers asked them why they do it, and the answer was "that's how things are" or something along those lines. Because of that answer you can tell that that individual will not respect self-ownership. It's a predator. Predators don't have the rights which they are violating. It will be okay to go into their brain, because that being would do the same.
