Hi Lisa.
Part of the answer comes down to - are you ok learning on your own by watching videos or reading a book? Or, do you need face to face classes?
Both are available - although, some definitely cost more than others. (Being in the US or UK makes face to face classes significantly easier to find! Although, I confess to not having looked for non-English trainers)
Another thing to maybe consider is the methodology, and in some ways, what's required because of that methodology. Farsight has theirs (SRV), which is a bit different to CRV, or Flow, or HRVG.
Currently, I'm using Daz Smith's Flow, because a) it's freely available on his website (no subscriptions necessary), and b) is very straight-forward. It's basically CRV, but with a few alterations (particularly Stages 5 & 6)
Although Tazz has given you the link for FS' courses, you can also go to the RV Discord (/r.RemoteViewing), and there's a link to resources and courses on there (not all are currently available!) A number of big names are on the discord, and there's a VERY active Q&A section - they're VERY helpful!
There's also quite a number of books out there... granted, many are saying the same things - but some have a few different things, or take a different angle or approach. I do suggest you get your hands on a couple and start reading. Highly recommended has been Jon Noble's "Natural Remote Viewing", - it's a pretty straight-forward no-frills approach. I have also liked Joe McMoneagle's book "Remote Viewing Secrets - a handbook" for the 'martial arts' mindset he espouses.
So, I'd suggest you do some reading to get a basic understanding of the various methodologies out there, and how they're different to see what's going to work best for you (with the understanding that you can always just do it your own way anyway - whatever actually works for YOU!!!)
Yes, everyone can basically RV... as written above, the one thing that separates the wheat from the chaff is the amount of practice you put in! (as well as your intent.)
