I have been told Vimeo is trying to fix the reply problem that intermittently happens.

"Reply" hasn't been working for about 2 months now.

The comments seems to be available, but sometimes comes and goes.

Vimeo seems not to really care.... (given that it's been a couple of months, and only started back then).

The reply problem is known. We have reported it to Vimeo, and they know the problem exists. They tell me they are working on the problem. It is intermittent. It has affected other Vimeo streaming sites also. I will ask them about it again.
