If millions of people were to sign such a document, even variations of the same, then how could it be argued that the national leader is legally representing them, by signing a treaty with other ETs?

I mean, how complicated does it need to get? Is that not an indication of free will? Wouldn't such a statement logically eliminate their representation? All comments welcome. Thanks.

In natural law, a contract signed without informed consent is void.

Example: You make a contract with someone to take care of your car. That someone then sells your car without telling you. Is he allowed to do that?

The question is: What did you mean by "take care of"?

In politics, you have a contract with your representative, written in the constitution and code of law. Regarding that, under what circumstances is your representative allowed to sell you our your children into slavery?

If the so called free will ET's respect a secret contract selling you into slavery, they are not free will ET's.

It is that simple.

In the brief statement that I wrote, do you see any loopholes other than the fact that everything I sign is null and void if I don't renew it every year?

I really am interested in loopholes. I also find the general masses wanting to wait for a leader to make a document for us. And I sit thinking "wait a minute why the hell am I waiting for someone?"

I should correct, it's not necessarily written will, but I would validate that as more easily verifiable consent.

Thanks everyone for your input. I'm going to take the original post to a conclusion. I'm going ahead and making a basic pdf template with these words. And I'll just sign it and see whom else does.

What I'm thinking might help is sort of a registry that holds all of these. Very basic black and white scans will do, no need for elaborate setup. Publically available. I imagine just getting it emailed is enough consent to show that they want it held public. Especially if there's like a basic website where you just submit it and it sits there for as long as the website exists.

In natural law, everyone has the right to change his or her mind at any point in time. Thus, everyone has the right to break an already signed contract. The consequence of breaking a contract is not that it's not right, but that it's negatively affecting the reputation. Therefore, it is wise to stipulate a cancelation period, compensation and so on. A contract without a possibility for cancelation is not a contract at all.

Also, in natural law not saying anything means "No". So you don't have to declare anything at all. But: If you already signed a contract stipulating other rules, a third party doesn't know your motivation. Maybe you don't understand natural law or you don't want to follow natural law.

People who benefit from you not understanding natural law are exploiting you.

Regarding loopholes: A loophole doesn't turn a wrong into a right. People who respect free will would not benefit from your unawareness. They would try to understand you und talk about what you really want.

You can have it both ways, but it's important what you sign.

The society of humans on Earth is paradoxical. There are constitutions and human rights declarations banning slavery. But humans also sign that governments are allowed to collect taxes by force, which is violating the principle of ownership. The government is democratically allowed to violate the physical integrity of anyones body. This makes the government a "predator" on behalf of the people.

The real free will ET's don't know what you want. We would prefer you understand what you sign.

I don't think you need to do it as a PDF... a simple online file should be enough, where you insert relevant details (be careful with what's put there, because it would then target people). Probably just name, city, state, country should be enough. Make it into a database, so that it's easier to send to people (link) rather than PDF.

You could do it as PDF, but that's going to take up a lot more space if you're thinking that each and every individual PDF is going to be stored with those details (given the number that we'd presume would be needed for this to work).
