Well, yes, we would expect so. However, time from a soul perspective is obviously vastly different from a single lifetime perspective. So, while we would expect 'evolution' (whatever that actually means), it could take literally billions of years. So, from where we are now, we may be flabbergasted by that - but from another perspective, it's a drop in the ocean.

Also, everyone is on their own path/timeline.
