Where did you get the coordinates from?
Most of Antarctica has only satelite images in GE, not areal photographs taken by plane, like the most other places. The reason for this can be, that there are no plane photos available or only those from the military and they did not sell them to Google. Or Google simply wanted to spare the money as it is mostly snow there. Good/newer satelite images are expensive. Google will have to pay more, if they publish images as a whole searchable dataset for free on the internet, because the satelite provider then will earn nothing or much less from other potential customers with the images, as everybody can acess them for free at Google. There may be other reasons, too. Maybe also a combination ...

I did that, but this did not work for me. I tried GMaps, GEpro and GE on the internet.
if I replace South by S and West by W, I come to the above location.
It is always a mess with these hundreds of different geo reference systems...
Can you tell me in which system they are?
Or better, paste me a link to Gmaps, etc. ?
Or your coordinates in this format: -72.520000, -3.607222 or UTM?

So it may have already been viewed by Farsight. Watch the Operation Highjump Project.
But I cannot see any ruins. The Image on GE/GM is way too bad to see any details on the ground. One pixel is about 40 Meters /130ft wide. just zoom in until you see the pixels and compare with the scale to see this.

you can take a screenshot and upload the image as jpg file to a free upload website like
https://pasteboard.co/
then go to the uploaded image page, klick with the right mouse button on it and select open image in new tab. Then go to this tab and copy the url from the browser command line. Paste it here in a new line of the text box. Maybe you need to remove the last characters of the url that there is something with .jpg or .png at the end. Voila -it should appear here. This works with the most images on the internet

I installed Google earth on my iPad and every time I input the numbers, I come right to the site….every time!
The ruins ARE there.
I have no Idea, maybe the app has newer images? When I go to Google Earth, the pixels are about 25m at Google Maps aprox 40m. Mark, talk to you soon, ok? It is 2.30 in the night at my place and I have to go for sleeping now...
