The most persuasive argument is a repeated argument. A common guideline in marketing disciplines is that a person says “no” to something at least 5-7 times before they say “yes”. Similarly, there are likely many on this thread who have seen their countrymen, their close friends, perhaps even their family agree to all kinds of highly bizarre societal pressures over the past few years. This is because the suggestion to agree was repeated across many media systems for a period of months or years. A message that seems way out in left field the first time is quite acceptable the 7,077th time. The most persuasive argument is a repeated argument.
If there is a suitable role for the persons in this forum, it is ensure that when those in the societies who have the capability to trigger mass disclosure have such a choice before them, the message that they might send has been encountered 100-1000+ times already by most people. Maybe most people wouldn’t have accepted the message totally yet, and the mass disclosure trigger makes the scenario undeniable. However, if it is the first time a person encounters such a message, you can bet your hat on some pushback, and pushback we simply cannot afford.
How then, do we bring about bottom-up disclosure? In waves. Offer a very simple message with as many people as you can using as many channels as you can (a suggestion is below). The first time the message is encountered, you are a kook (congratulations!). The second time, you are a weirdo. The third time, you have some funny ideas. The fourth time, they relate to some of it but some other things don’t make sense. The fifth time,...you get the idea. I invite you to consider that a duty to fulfill is at the soil level...to welcome mass disclosure into the collective consciousness. Not to provide a mass disclosure trigger (that’s someone else’s role), just to make a mass disclosure trigger and the collective consciousness like two peas in a pod, to the fullest extent we are able.
A kooky reputation is a fine sacrifice to make for the necessity of this mission.
Some coordination help is provided here. The image linked below is a very simple message that is quite nice to look at that can be a yard sign for ~$3.00-4.00 USD per unit. In America it is quite normal and legal for yard signs to be placed at automotive intersections next to the road to advertise businesses and other things. For a moderate cost, a person can use the image to order a batch of signs and place them around their town at night. A person who sees them for the 7th time during their work commute may start to find the signs relatable in an abstract way.
The attached image can also be shared digitally.
While yard signs in public areas are legal in every part of America I am familiar with, I do recommend you verify your actions are legal where you live before you take any.

I also encourage any motivated reader to learn the nature of the Maharishi Effect which was detailed in Dr. Courtney Brown’s first book, Cosmic Voyage. You may have a much stronger influence on Disclosure by simply learning Transcendental Meditation from a certified instructor than you may realize.
