Hi Tazz - just thinking about your question and this was my reaction. I used to get involved in campaigns and activism of various kinds which I hoped would bring people together and make the world a better place. I discovered that I was often mistaken or misguided after some time in one group or ideological position or another. Yet at the time of belief I was ardent and convinced. I often discovered that within any group I worked with there were divisions and that more time could be spent dealing with the internal disputes than with pursuing the declared aim of the group. I think we have wonderful abilities to think and act independently given the opportunity and that is a result of having lost telepathic communication at some point. To have meaning and purpose in the world our thoughts need to be shared to turn them into collective action. But language is a slippery tool and humans are capable of hidden agendas.
Those guys together? What an interesting idea. They are all presenting as leaders to a greater or lesser extent and all driving on their causes with great conviction and seeming great egos. I cannot see how they would work together but I can see how they could all end up fighting. I think there are a lot of us who are used to spectating these radical explanations of the 'state of things' and trying to find the most comfortable fit for what we want to hear. There is a flavour for every inclination. We - me included - I think are keen to try and bend the discussions here in the direction of our predilections. It is a hell of a space to interact with. I think Courtney while driving the project on is genuinely open to ideas and is prepared to change his mind. He does not have a single inflexible theory to try and convince us with but seems fluid as the information that is gathered reveals more nuances and possibilities.
I do not always hold with Farsight's members' interpretations of the material they discover and share but that is not a problem for this group. Remote Viewing and Farsight is an invitation to participate rather than to follow. It succeeds when information gathered through RV is verified and corroborated. Given the influencing and insertion of confusion by the enemy I am sure our writing in here is useful as a 'thermometer' revealing how the information is processed and how it is understood. It also shows what kind of mentality the ideas attract.
The chanelling stuff is like all 'Divine Revelation' - cheesy and disturbing when it is faked and terrifying if it is truly transmitted from outside. I never felt inclined to worship Yahweh in my youth as I perceived a cruel, perverse and psychotic being. I object to all revealed information through a human mouthpiece be it lovey-dovey or hard assed. If an ET has something to say then appear and address humanity. I want the full CV. I can see how it would be possible to view the ET encounters we have seen as just another form of channelling dressed in new clothes. Yet again we are presented with the idea that there are things we are not smart enough to know about and such information as we get is mediated through a human adept. The rebellion may cost us a great deal and yet we are being asked to accept that the cause is worthwhile.
Our position cannot be based on clever words or trust alone, we are entitled to evidence. But as I said before - Farsight is an invitation to participate and not to follow.
