I decided to try something.

I'm going to start a Google drive database which basically is nothing but a set of targets (number and script), the target posting date, and the target reveal date. I can also put PDFs of the sessions viewers provide for any given target.

I will make this database visible to the Farsight team. Not because I want to give them more work to do, but because they will then be able to verify if they choose to as to whether I was lieing about the target (which obviously I have no interest in doing. But good to verify). They will become "Monitors" so to speak, but they won't be required to intervene. Kind of reversing roles. The expert viewers now become the expert monitors for us. But only if/when they like.

And then as I introduce the targets, I'll just post on the forum the number for a target, and the suggested reveal date. Those that choose to do a session can just post links to their PDF or write it as text in the body of a reply. Reveals will just be a simple addendum in the thread like a regular post.

If people like this idea, anyone else can copy the idea and start a thread with a same / similar system, so it's really not autocratic.If it works out maybe start a whole new forum on it later.

I will know that this is not a welcome idea if my post here gets deleted (haha) but to get started, would anyone like to nominate their interest in this project? I will follow up in this thread soon with the first target.

There are sights online that provide targets as well.
They use to have a sight that kept public statistics in remote viewing and other test. I don't see it anymore.
I remember one time I said fossil and it was a mummy.

Providing alot of details after the fact is helpful when learning.
Dr. Carr had some stressful targets 20 years ago when he was requesting help. He did say they may be stressful.

Im recently reading or rereading a couple old books by Joseph McMoneagle where they use to have a third person go to the location to be viewed and then the viewer would view it and be brought to the location after the session.

Obviously viewing other galaxies can be more difficult to verify. That is why practice is so important.

Time is a concern.

I think this is a great idea. Lots of us post in here but are we learning and practicing RV or just getting a chance to air our pet theories and beliefs and so on? After all they could not possibly be aired anywhere else I know of with any expectation of anyone taking them seriously. Farsight RV links us as viewers and commentators but we all need to become participants. Meditate and RV people!

I am trying to recall what I read but there are also a bunch of protocols with the targets. Or at least the original people had very strict procedures for the actual target. Usually passed to someone the tasker in a sealed envelope.

here is an article from Paul H Smith I recently read his book Reading the enemies mind which was great although he did not get into deep mind probes.
How to Evaluate a Potential Remote Viewing Tasker
In my article, “Beware the Unknown Tasker,” I cautioned you against accepting remote viewing taskings from just any random person. As I finished writing that article, it occurred to me that it would be helpful to offer some guidelines to help you figure out whether a potential tasker might be someone you could feel comfortable working with. So here is a list of suggestions (and if you have any ideas to share, it would be great if you would offer them as comments at the end of the main article). Remember, this only applies to cases where someone is asking you to remote view for them.1

1. Check to see if the person has a remote viewing reputation, and if so what kind. (In other words, do they have a history of giving bizarre, sensational or anomalous targets? Or do they instead provide good, well-sources targets with solid feedback that is provided to you after you’re done with your remote viewing attempt?)

2. Ask the person directly about his or her remote viewing background and experience. You can ask questions such as:

What remote viewing training have you had?
What books about remote viewing have you read?
What are some examples of tasking you have provided in the past for other viewers?
Approximately how many remote viewing tasking have you provided to others so far?
2. Ask your prospective tasker for references to others he or she has worked with whom you can talk to.

4. Ask if he or she would be willing to first show the proposed tasking to another experienced tasker, so you can stay blind to the target while making sure the tasking is appropriate and well-formed.

There are also cases where you may be the one asking someone else to be your tasker. That is an entirely different situation, which I will provide guidance about in a future article.

Are you writing the target down or just thinking it? This should be sealed and not tampered with.

What are you providing to Farsight? I'm confused. Are you providing coordinates only or targets?
You know what the target is? Does anybody else?

Is this from a pool or is it a random target?

In order to learn a picture and details about the target are helpful.

It is an odd format, different than a web page that has targets.
