STOP SAYING ON THE 15 OF EVERY MONTH

I do not understand why a courtesy email cannot be sent out telling people who are paid subscribers that there is a delay of some sort. I don't understand why you keep people hanging it makes us all suspicious will not get the real story! Censorship is everywhere.
