In case anyone missed it, in the latest Farsight Intelligence Report, Courtney mentioned that he believes it is possible that Earth's prison keepers are probably happy that humans don't live very long because otherwise, they might figure out how to break free.

I applaud any future efforts at Farsight that apply remote viewing techniques to the extension of the human lifespan.

As I understand it, humans did not evolved on this planet. Human life was put on Earth with genetics modification like shorter lifespan and limitation to his intelligence/psychic abilities. Earth humans body were designed to be prisonners/slave body.

About the extension of human lifespan, there is some stuff somebody can do :

1) Caloric restriction.
2) Vitamins supplementation.
3) Fasting, intermittent fasting, OMAD.
4) Increase NAD+ level in body with Nicotinamide Riboside/Nicotinamide mononucleotide.
5) Exercice regularly.
6) Avoid sunburns or high frequency radiation.
