I think this is a massive problem that Courtney is overlooking:
1) In the "Where We Came From" video the target specification itself assumes that people with authoritarian personalities brought this personality to Earth and that personalities do not change significantly over time and between incarnations.
2) In the "Death Traps" video, Courtney apparently relied on that passage from the "alien interview" that he also mentions in the video.
So when the person setting the target puts his or her preconception into it, can this really produce accurate RV data? Isn't it possible that what is seen then is not actually real, or at least skewed to a large degree?
RV seems to work best when dealing with something tangible or relatively "neutral" (little or no preconceptions). Examples of that would be photographs of something on another planet (eg. structures of Mars, the structure on Iapetus, Oumuamua, Bird of Prey etc.) or something on Earth (eg. remote-viewing the HAARP installation, some past event or people, etc.).
Though even there I wonder how much a potential "wanting to see aliens there" could produce skewed results as well.
