When asked about 9/11 Karl Rove's response did not bode well for the future of our republic: “We’re an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you’re studying that reality — judiciously, as you will — we’ll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that’s how things will sort out. We’re history’s actors...and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do.”
― Karl Rove
I was really impressed with Dick Allgire and Daz Smith. In part 2, Dick Allgire described "human 1." By the end, I knew exactly who he was describing -- Donald Rumsfeld. Rumsfeld was born in Illinois. I wish I could attach a photo of Rumsfeld here, because it's uncanny how Allgire captured every detail from Rumsfeld's thin lips to his widow's peak. Amazing!
I came here to say this. He even described him as a person who always uses a standing desk, which was a quirk of his. I googled an image search for "Donald Rumsfeld standing desk", and apparently so many people had searched this that this was an auto-complete suggestion. There are even some articles describing how he was an avid user of standing desks.
