I really appreciate your videos, but the streaming rate is becoming really slow and stops continuously the playing of the videos, (I've already tried other browsers or devices or connections), this is becoming a little bit frustrating and ruins the enjoyment of the remote viewing story experience, could you please try to fix this?

This may be related to the speed of your Internet connection. Vimeo streams high quality video, so Internet speed is an issue. In contrast, YouTube changes the quality of the streaming to match the user's Internet connection speed, which results in smooth playing but often poor quality for the picture. Check on your Internet connection speed. You can do that here:

I think you were right, i solved by choosing the streaming quality to 360p and now it's smooth playing again. Thank you.

Respect to Courtney's reply, but I think the problem is more to do with the Vimeo platform. I have a 100mb fibre connection and a very capable PC. No problems on any other streaming service, except Farsight. Btw I work in IT so know my way around PC's a fair bit. Did line check 99.7mbps up 99.2 down. This happens on Chrome, Int Expl, and Firefox. Using Win10 fully updated.
To be honest I'm pretty cheesed off. I was very excited about these projects and possible upcoming ones and now I will have to cancel my sub as they're unwatchable. As in 3 or 4 seconds every minute unwatchable. Got no choice.
It seems like Courtney does read these comments, as he often does with other content. So I would urge him to have a look at this again as I cannot believe I am the only one.
Still haven't got to the end of the latest project. So forced to reading the comments to find out about the content.

EDIT Sorry forgot to say adjusting the quality makes no difference. Switch to 240p still freezes, the just wants to just keep reverting back to Auto.

Mark Read, I hear you. But I can't replicate the problem, and I have tried. I used my ATT Uverse connection, which has a 28 Mbps download speed, which should be slower than your connection. But my playback is smooth. I am looking at it right now. I am watching it at 1080p. I know this information will not please you. These things can be really vexing. For your information, our service is run by Vimeo, and they use Amazon Web Services to stream the videos. So none of this is being done by our own servers. I wish I had a better answer for you.

No worries Courtney, I thank you for taking the trouble to reply. I've solved the problem, went and bought a new tablet today, which your content seems to play on fine. So at least I can keep the subscription and enjoy your fantastic content, which I have for many years now.
Why it will not play on my laptop, which is very high spec, I don't yet know. But I'll dive into that at work to see what's what. But It does seem like there is an issue relating to that machine.

Mark Read, a suggestion was made on another thread that there may be an issue with a computers temporary space. If it is near full, then playback is interrupted as the computer tries to sort things out.

The only way to get internet is by buying data which is very costly... if the movies are in this high solution. Couldnt you make it available more compressed? I would highly appreciate. Greetings from east jamaica

Hi Courtney, thanks for your attention to these threads. In general, being able to download a video and watch without connectivity issues is a very attractive option. Any chance of this?

I know my situation is different as i travel a lot, and generally my down time (video watching time) is in airports in foreign countries. Some countries (like Indonesia) block Vimeo, thus the only hope is via VPN connection, which in some cases works or doesn't, and usually results in slowed connection speeds, thus spotty viewing ability. Downloading ability solves that 100%.
