In a recent podcast visit I've heard Courtney mention that when you die your body drops of like a suit and you are just there and look roughly the same.

Does anyone have any information as to why that would be and if the ISBE reincarnated several time, doesn't that mean that each body from the past would impact the look of the ISBE?

From what I have gathered (not my own experience, haha) your ISBE is a bundle of energy with your unique frequencies. So you could say it looks like an orb. That's the way many people percieve ISBE's. However your 3D experiences make you familiar with certain forms, in our case the human form, so out of habit and familiarity you 'form' your orb into a shape that is familiar and convenient in case you contact other Isbe's (loved ones) that you want to communicate with. Indeed this shape you create will vary with time depending on your 3D experiences and how much impact these made on you total energy/frequency. So basically you can adjust your own form, shapeshift, but automatically you will initially choose the form you are most familiar and happy with.

You project the image and since you're still stuck on being "you" that just died that's more than likely how you'd look after till you learn to shapeshift it. No different than astral projection.

The ISBE is a singularity. Most people don't know what this even means, because they can't comprehend what a singularity looks like. I'll try to explain:

There are two essential realms in reality: the mental realm (there's only one) and the physical realms (there are many, we call them universes).

Now think of an ISBE as a lense that projects individualized thought from the mental realm into physicality. That lense is a singularity, like a mini black hole, if you will. Now it gets weird: That singularity is not limited to one point, but makes the core of every atom of your body. Because physical matter is a holographic projection, and like in every hologram, the center is everywhere.

Think of it as one point dividing itself into billions of connected points distributed within spacetime to form a body. The ISBE essentially does the same thing that God did when the universe was created. As above, so below.

And that projected form makes waves within spacetime, which is your frequency.

What you call the physical body is just one layer on top of it, so to speak. Your projected form is attached to physical matter, informing it and getting new information in return. This means your projected form assumes shape of the body as it is growing (because the information goes both ways).

When the physical body dies, your projected form remains in the shape of the body, because that's how you have been informed. If you don't know that it works that way, you will confuse your projected form with a physical body. And that's not even wrong, because all form is physical. We use the term physical to describe what can be touched. Your projected form can touch other projected forms that are in the same state, because the different frequencies will interact with each other.

So, the term "physicality" actually is misused here on Earth. Whenever you can touch something, it's physical. Your projected form – let's call it ethereal body – can touch other ethereals.

And you don't have to be an orb. You can reduce yourself literally to a point in spacetime to make yourself untouchable. Many ISBEs seem to have lost that ability because they identify with a form, and losing that form is perceived as death. But you won't die, because your identity is within the mental realm – or with God, if you don't have a problem calling it that.
