As much as you may have a bug on the idea, the tech used in scientology is designed for precisely this.

However, you don't need to go to the Cult of Miscavige - there are those auditors who bolted from the cult when things went downhill rapidly back in the 80's & 90s. Some have also added to it and also come from a different angle.

Once you've gone through the lower "grades", then you'll basically be doing it yourself - and this means you'll be dealing directly with your memories yourself! And you will have sufficient proof for you to KNOW what you're recalling is true/real or not!

From what I've seen/heard on here, Aziz would probably recommend QHHT - a type of hypnotherapy.

If I had the money, I'd actually pay to get a stack of people trained in this, to then give it for free to everyone (which would go against standard Scio policy - but, I figure, once you've dealt with your shit, any hang-ups about not paying for it would be dissolved!)
