It would be nice if farsight Institute with remote view the ringmakers of Saturn a book that was written by a scientist who observed the Rings being made. He wrote a book on it and more information on the internet thank you

Based on what I have heard - the rings are being made and they have something to do with beaming a frequency first to the moon and there it is boosted some how. The energy goes into maintaining Earth as a prison planet- taken from Simon Parkes blog

Unforunately Simon Parkes is part of the Qanon movement where they mix 10% truth with 90% lies and cleverly package it up to seem like its truth. Parkes is a known liar and I wouldn't trust anything he says, he like the rest of the Qanon movement, make money from views/clicks on their YT channels and what not, Parkes is hardly a reputable source, he is just a charlatan.
The best place to start for the Ring Makers would be the book as mentioned by Hans Baumann Jr...

Simon Parkes is banned from YT. To say it in a friendly way, Parkes gets his informations from "sources" that use him in a "usefull" way. 3 letter agencies. Almost everything we have heard since 3rd of November about the greater picture smells like psyop.

I recall descriptions in the book of whatever this thing is/was, making or harvesting the rings, being 10 miles long or so and regularly disappearing only to come back again, as if it could do it at will.
That is fascinating! what kind of civilization/technology could build such a thing!? Even as some kind of natural phenomenon, that still sounds pretty cool.
I agree with you that it would be a good idea for Farsight to remote view the ringmakers of Saturn and specifically Norman Bergrun.
In 2012, I watched the video posted above where Kerry Cassidy interviewed Norman Bergrun the author of the Ringmakers of Saturn. Unfortunately, after this interview, Dr. Bergrun disappeared completely, and Kerry was not able to reach him again.
Here is how Ms. Cassidy introduced her interview with Dr. Bergrun:
In June of 2012 on the way to the Sacramento UFO Conference, we had the good fortune to interview Norman Bergrun the 91 year old author of “Ringmakers of Saturn”. Norman is a scientist/engineer who worked in an above top secret capacity (his level of clearance, way above the President) for Lockheed. Prior to that he was at NACA a precursor to NASA.
Upon leaving Lockheed, he wrote “Ringmakers of Saturn” about the enormous craft spotted in the rings of Saturn and became something of an outcast in the scientific community. This interview covers his views on time travel, the nature of the vehicles that he says are creating the rings and much more… His conclusion is that the Ringmakers of Saturn are now creating rings around other planets and they are on their way here….
