I'm wanting to learn remote viewing but I've got an issue with using up so much paper. Does anyone here know if SRV sessions can be partially done in a Word app?

Daz Smith’s website. I remember watching a video where he talked about using a particular tablet to record his RV sessions, and was very satisfied with that set up. Unfortunately I can’t remember the exact video. He has several videos on YouTube, as well as those on his website.
I experimented with the 'Boogie Board' from staples. Handles really well and feels like paper when writing but the designer's idea of an app is total shit. Saving documents is a pain and the terrible app reviews prove what I already know. Without a way to input documents to be saved it is really just a toy for children like the etch-a-sketch.
I appreciate all the input. I will look.for Daz Smiths idea for sure and using a board may be the way to go but i have no way to keep a record of it.
Daz has mentioned that starting off with using paper is the most beneficial way though. Once you have experience the tablet would be the way to go. He’s mentioned it’s pretty pricey around $500-600
With a white board or boogie board, you can then take a picture of the board with your cell phone or webcam to save what you've done. You could also just use paper for drawing, and write text in a document on your computer.
