Indonesia's Mount Semeru volcano erupts:

"A thunderstorm and days of rain — which had eroded and finally collapsed the lava dome atop the Semeru — triggered an eruption, said Eko Budi Lelono, who heads the geological survey centre.
"He said flows of searing gas and lava travelled up to 800m to a nearby river at least twice on Saturday."

I listened several times to PrinCess Jeaneé describing liquid flowing down from a height. When I saw this description of the rain erosion of Mt Semeru prior to the volcanic eruption, something just clicked in my mind: That's it! That's what she was describing.
This gave me "the willy's" when I read it. I kept picturing PrinCess motioning with her arms depicting the flow of some liquid from somewhere high. It reminded me of a waterfall coming off of a high peaked mountain about 30 minutes from my home.
But: Torrential rain eroding away a high volcanic peak!
I'm stunned. Predicting an eruption, at this point with high frequency at the moment is one thing. ... This particular detail is simply astounding to me.
