These things are verifiable...but only personally. We don't have the technology to verify it to the mass populace, but you can easily do so by building up a deep psychic side through meditation and spirituality. These beings are not physical and those NPCs who are always looking for aliens to be physical will be disappointed. Amitakh already talked about this exact thing where bluebeam will be mixed with some real UFOs to create some damage so it will be more believable. They might even use their satellites up there to launch attacks at the ground and make it look like all the incoming UFOs are real. I just want the truth. Nothing but the truth. I don't care how ugly the truth is...nothing else matters. Even after death, I will accept nothing else. This is why I push so hard now for the truth so that we can all realize what is happening and make informed choices without outside interference. Belief systems are what's impeding that on top of the control system trying to always (mis)lead you one way or another. Unfortunately, we won't know the 100% truth until the very end.

I think the good mental attitude is to understand you have won already. The truth is forever in you. Like in remote viewing when connecting to the target (let us says this target is the ULTIMATE TRUTH) so that's it: your inconscious brain knows the target now. Everything about target (the entire Universe not less) is inside of you even if you cannot see yet. At this stage, you can disconnect from the target - like in Stage 5 - make yourself a fruity cocktail and probe your own body.

Manipulative people always have a goal in mind that benefits them to the detriment of others. If it would be good for everybody (preserving freedom), the manipulation wouldn't be necessary. So, the question is:
What is the benefit they seek? And why is it worth it to put so much effort into it?
And the answer is: They want to own you. It's always that same goal: To own you one way or the other, such that you become a resource for them eventually. Or in one word: Domination.
And the most sophisticated way of owning another person is to make them believe it's the right thing. For example, if people believe they need a government, you can become the government and own them. If people believe they need a savior, you can play the savior and own them.
So, it all boils down to one simple fact: The manipulation works because they give you what you want: A solution. But a solution to what problem exactly? What in reality is not right and can only be fixed by a government or a savior? Does this mindset even make sense?
Let's say they manage to create a fake alien invasion – meaning it looks like an invasion, but in reality, there's no aliens. They go full "Wag the Dog" but with spaceships, and the goal is more government power, maybe in form of a world government. But I see a problem with this: How will they present the solution? How can they sell in a believable way that the government managed to solve the problem? I mean, it's aliens with f*cking anti-gravity-propulsion and energy weapons! We are primitives who still burn oil. Will they sell us that some genius hacker hacked the mothership and all their crafts fall out of the sky? I've already seen that movie...
So, to make it believable, they either have to pull the rabbit of the secret space program out of the hat, or they need another alien faction as an ally. Let's look at the secret space program approach first:
Let's say they disclose to the public that they have developed secret spaceships and weapons, and because of that, we are able to strike back and win eventually. One side effect of this would be: Disclosure of free energy. At this point we must come back to the initial question: How does it benefit them? Where's the benefit of disclosing secret technology that holds the potential to free people from control? I don't want to say there's no benefit, I just want to point out that there must be a benefit. It has to make sense from their point of view.
So, let's look at the "alien ally" approach: This is an even more complicated idea, because when the war is won eventually, what do you do with that ally if they're not real? People would want to talk to them, right? Okay, you could use holograms to turn the whole situation into a religion, the "Return of the Gods", bringing the new world order. Or, they could be real, so the old gods become the new gods. Yes, it sounds plausible so far, but think a little bit further:
There was an enemy that has been defeated, the original invaders, and they weren't real. So, the new gods would need to prevent humans from looking into that, meaning they would need to prevent humans from leaving the planet and exploring the universe, because if they did, they would find out that the invaders didn't exist. So, why the hassle to build a whole society on a premise that can be easily debunked? Why make the requirement of stifling human progress even harder to achieve? If there's no real enemy, why invent an alien invasion in the first place, and in doing so, create more problems in the long run?
There is only one reasonable answer to that: There are at least two competing factions, and the fake invasion is used to put the blame on the enemy in order to prevent that humans ally with the wrong side.
Conclusion: The hassle of creating a fake invasion is only worth it if there's a real war. It's just a bigger scale false flag. But if that's the case, the only right choice for humanity would be to not believe that the "enemy" that is presented to us is the actual enemy. It would be wise to not just follow orders and shoot at them, but talk to them instead.
And if the invading force is the real enemy, meaning it's just a "mundane" invasion, well... they would only start it if they believe that they can win it, and in that case, it's not Project Bluebeam, but straight and simple violence. They would demonstrate their power in order to break resistance as soon as possible, instead of playing with "drones" for our amusement.
