Here in Andalucia there was a community which had its own exchange mechanism but it fizzled out, probably from being too small, although the idea did work for a time. I think an enlightened future might include a fluid give-and-take situation but that requires honesty and a community spirit, the current lack of which is why we are saddled with fiat currency and legislation.

Yes. 12 hours is about the limit, and I think they were collecting data of what would happen if....
With the bank closure you talk about, I remember seeing Chinese people not able to pass into certain regions because their phones showed Red. One guy was doing his nut - I wonder where he is now.
And their being blocked from their bank and finances.
I also heard that people could donate blood to get their credit score up 😳 now there's a huge, big, black market red flag.

Del - has it got to the point where it is illegal in China not to carry a smart phone? If so it might be best to carry one with a flat battery. Blood for credit? Sounds like the Hunger Games.

I'm not very computer-savvy and when crypto came out it simply confused me. What am I getting and on what is it based? How do I spend it? Looks like its basis is blind faith making it another fiat currency but one unsupported by any state. To use it one needs all the technology and someone who will part with stuff like carrots for it. It was said to be free of influence but since it can be traded its value can be manipulated. So far so bad. Perhaps getting an accurate forecast of its worth is difficult because it has no material base.

The Economic World Forum has said a major communication lockdown will occur in 23 or 24. It is speculated this will be done to shut down the US presidential elections. It will also be done to implement the slave inducing digital currency that is being pushed world wide.

be aware of the narratives they portrait, it is very usual for these collective groups elites to manipulate the belief systems of society itself, specially those that are somewhat "asleep" about the agendas. A collective group of individuals influence reality.
Besides it's nothing decided except by themselves in their own agenda. it's 2024 and it is still to be approved by the rest of table, wich according to wef it will happen in 2024 to vote pole. Until then and while we are distracted with another war/genocide they take advantage to vote for WHO to take lead in their totalitarian agenda.
Honestly i don't believe this will came through, rebellion will take it's place.
