You have to have a hosting site for your pictures.
I use FLICKR - it's a free account to start - you can host a couple of hundred pics before they hassle you to subscribe 🙄😁

You make an account.
Once you have an account, you can start uploading your pics.
It's a basic website - but functional - the main page always shows a variety of other people's pics.
There is a selection tab along the top line which is called 'YOU' - that's where you go to navigate all your pics and albums.

There's a tab along the top you press to upload pics
From there you just follow the prompts

Once you have uploaded a pic to your account -
You select the pic
It comes up in its own window
Along the bottom of that window is a curved arrow - thats for sharing the pic. Press that and a selection window appears
you can resize it for your post - and it gives you the codes to share on certain sites - you pick one -
I always chose the 'BBCode' share option when posting to Farsight
and basically, copy the code - and paste the link into your Farsight post.

Just a mention -
after you copy and paste the BBCode into your post - you will see tons of code -
you have to trim it down somewhat so that the only bit of the link you have left is https//--------------code---------- .jpeg
and that's it 😁
Then the pic will show in your post.

Abstract:
Recent years have seen increasing public attention and indeed concern regarding Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP). Hypotheses for such phenomena tend to fall into two classes: a conventional terrestrial explanation (e.g., human-made technology), or an extraterrestrial explanation (i.e., advanced civilizations from elsewhere in the cosmos). However, there is also a third minority class of hypothesis: an unconventional terrestrial explanation, outside the prevailing consensus view of the universe. This is the ultraterrestrial hypothesis, which includes as a subset the "cryptoterrestrial" hypothesis, namely the notion that UAP may reflect activities of intelligent beings concealed in stealth here on Earth (e.g., underground), and/or its near environs (e.g., the moon), and/or even "walking among us" (e.g., passing as humans). Although this idea is likely to be regarded sceptically by most scientists, such is the nature of some UAP that we argue this possibility should not be summarily dismissed, and instead deserves genuine consideration in a spirit of epistemic humility and openness.

Faking a Cryptoterrestrial Invasion
In a recent academic paper, Harvard University professors proposed the existence of cryptoterrestrials as a valid explanation for the origin of the UFO phenomenon.
