So It appears by the clip you have posted above that the formation (I think refers to what I posted above it ) is a group of flares released by (possibly) a formation of airplanes or maybe a helicopter. Which if this is the reality then its really important to check everything out and confirm it if we can.

BUT IM LEAVING IT UP AS A SORT OF MISTAKE ON MY PART. I can't know if its a series of flares but it seems what I posted above is FALSE. But I'm leaving my clip above yours as an example of a mistake (on my part of of the previous journalist) on incorrect analysis done on a UFO sighting-- and that not everything seen is a UFO.

Actually I do appreciate you posting - however I would also like to post this video as a counter or an answer to your posting. It is a post about the CIA and when they think the public are getting to interested in a subject they act like you see and hear in this video. I wonder if we are getting close to the truth and the CIA wants to sow some confusion. Anyway here is the video for your consideration.

Thanks for your work on this David. This is not so much a reply to your post but a contribution from my point of view.

I became engaged with the UFO phenomenon as a pressing matter around 2004 (I did not have regular first hand sightings until 2010) when I became interested in setting up satellite dishes to get alternative sources of media and information. There was a Hungarian station that was only on the air in the evenings. All day long the station the station looped about 2 hours of footage collected from NASA shuttle flights. I guess this footage had been leased or purchased but it could have been pirated. I started watching it intently for the images of the Earth from space. I began to notice the various orbs that were flying around - some arose up from the planet or descended down towards it. Some seemed to hold position with the shuttle effectively tracking it and others were moving about this way and that.

Because the footage was on a loop it was a simple process to observe these phenomena. Moving forward in time I started watching the feeds from the ISS which famously get cut when unexpected things show up. The point I am trying to get to - as indeed we already know - is that NASA has been recording what we call UFOs through the entirety of its existence. Test pilots of early experimental aircraft from the 1950s and 1960s have even spoken out to say they were expressly tasked to look out for and record UFOs.

Then we have NORAD. Clearly its official brief is to be on permanent guard monitoring Earth sub-orbital and orbital space for any activity that could be interpreted as an incoming threat from a foreign power. We know they designate UFOs as 'fastwalkers'. NORAD has all of the most sophisticated data collection and analysis tools on the planet for near space observation and yet this organisation is never mentioned in discussions about UFOs. If there is official evidence of the kind the US Congress is trying to get to then NORAD is the obvious first port of call. Instead they are traipsing out a seemingly random, useless and contradictory stream of witnesses and accounts.

Forget all sorts of jumbled up reports and odd infra-red navy footage and so called whistleblowers who claim to have evidence but do not present it to the people who need to see it. I presume Grusch has given his (second hand) evidence to people who are already in the know and sworn (terrorised) to secrecy. Meanwhile NORAD has a data pile of hard drives a mile high with evidence.

So they (the sub-section of the nation state mechanisms holding the information) are still laughing at us all even when they seem to be making some concessions toward disclosure. They are using bluff and counter bluff while still wanting to be in charge by revealing a very meagre little. "Yes we have seen some anomalies and no we do not know what they are etc". They have had to yield some ground to still appear to be even relevant on this issue.

I am still amazed that people are talking about 'visitors' and the idea that the ETs are explorers and even that they are here to help us and watch over us, or that they are spiritual entities dispatched to raise us to a higher level of something or other. Keep it simple, apply Occam's razor. Highest simplest probablility - the Earth is the greatest source of biological resources and ecological diversity in this part of the galaxy. It is a R&D and commercial goldmine. The beings exploiting all this do not want us getting in the way. Come on US - planet Earth is a valuable asset in a Galactic business concern.

We suddenly feel greater than we really are as we have access to an incredible boost in technology. All of our civilisation sustaining mechanisms have now become dependent on this new techology. A technology that has multiple single points of failure. If just a few important satellites go down our whole civilisation can be brought to its knees. AI is another example of our misguided reliance on these new technologies as we hand over decision making to an easily controlled set of machines. We know ETs can use neurological techniques against our brains but Farsight has shown this requires some expenditure of effort by the controlling ETs. Easier to interface with AIs to get results.

Disclosure cannot and will not ever be reliable from the official sources. We know here in any case that the key actors are consciously compromised and terrified or unconsciously controlled, or both. I am suggesting that whatever the authorities say will be intended to keep control of the matter and no doubt there will still be yet another layer of cover up.

I am concerned though that as people of earth finally do begin to understand they are sheep on someone else's farm the ETs will snuff out our tech and move to a more hands on phase of management. Disclosure has to be by us, from us, and for us and the damn authorities should be shunted to the side. We have been conditioned all of our lives to look to leaders to take responsibility for our world. Did we not notice that leaders and institutions are not fit for human purpose? Stuff the governments and all of the elites they work for as they already parasitise us without mercy and will do any deals possible to save their own butts. We have to be responsible now.

Totally. The 'powers that be' brought us Martin Luther King's assassination, JFK's assassination complete with coup, 911, etc. all the time yelling "conspiracy theory" at those who look more deeply than the official line. The controllers wanted more CCTV "for our protection" - well, we've got it in our pockets now and the official story has to contend with conflicting private video footage.

Disclosure by government is like peeling an orange - it will release only as much as can be picked off it after a struggle. It will only come when the populace at large has already accepted the idea via the increasing amount of evidence on youtube etc.
