Well, guess I missed the mark there...
I can't say for sure, but it's hard to confirm, definitely.
If it's any consolation, I have had very few successes. But appropriately, I've made very few attempts. I think in this very young field we need to strongly congratulate all those attempting, because very few ever actually do attempt them.
To think, out of all the people who read the forum and see the targets. They could just write down what they think it is and send it in. Only you and Del were willing to try lately.
Please keep to it. And you might want to post what you sent, it was interesting nonetheless.

Alright, here's my two sessions:
January 4th, 2023
Target: 1938-8969
First impression: Surface structures, vertical rectangles, some shorter in height, others much taller, like a city. Non-surface structures moving along paths, like flying vehicles, except not flying like airplanes (propulsion mechanism unknown). Surface structures have either highly reflective surfaces or lighter crystaline surfaces and radiate/reflect color (like a hologram or pearlesence).
Weather is warm, sunny, light breeze, feels like either a warm late spring day or early summer, it is mid-morning.
It feels very peaceful here, calm, higher vibration.
Humanoids walk on the surface, notable absence of "cars", they wear white/light garments, and have various skin tones and hair styles.
Notable is the absence of sound and movement, as if a moment frozen in time.
I feel like I am looking at a painting or an illustration. Possibly a book or magazine cover.

January 10th, 2023, 08:36 EST
NOTE: A subject that can communicate (have conversation) is the main target and was disclosed beforehand. However, main subject unknown.
Q: May I ask you questions?
A: Yes.
Q: Are you humanoid?
A: Yes, but not human.
Subject appears, currently, as a black silhouette, head is large, trianguler, heart shaped. Overall feeling of subject is "neutral" - subject is not currently exhibiting any emotions.
Q: Do you have emotions such as humans do?
A: No. Our emotions are not as strong as human emotions.
Subject appears to not have "as many" emotions as humans do. Deducting limited emotional capability/capacity.
Q: What is your purpose? What do you do?
A: We research. We conduct experiments. We look for answers.
Q: What reserach/experiments do you perform?
A: We work on humans. They interest us. We experiment with genetics and other aspects, looking for ways to enhance our own species with what human species can offer us.
Q: Why do humans interest you - do they hold your answers?
A: We think so. The species has more capabilities than we do and we seek knowledge of the species to enhance us.
When positing the next question, I get a complex answer, so let me do my best to document the response, which comes in a few waves of images/words...
Q: What answers are you seeking?
A: [Images and emotives are given in response. These images/emotives come across as "grey", uninteresting lives, of workers/working, of doing the same tasks for generations, very bland, absence of color, feelings of oppression, harsh conditions in terms of environment/climate. These images/emotives are the backstory of their study of humans, and they wonder how they can learn to exist as we do. Deducting they do not like their current life style.]
Q: How long have you been researching humans?
A: Longer than your present time, and longer than we could explain in your terms.
Q: Do your experiments harm us?
A: In some cases, yes.
Q: Do you regret that harm?
A: We do not understand your word "regret".
Q: What I mean is, do you feel badly when your experiments harm us?
A: No, we do not.
Q: How much longer will these experiments continue?
A: Until we have our answers.
Q: Are people aware of the experiments you perform upon them?
A: Sometimes. When experiments are not harmful they might be aware. If experiments are harmful we attempt to keep those subjects unaware but sometimes they become aware.
Q: Were you given permission to perform these experiments?
A: No.
Q: Can you show me what you look like?
A: [At this point the silhouette turned into the "Grey Alien" visage]
Q: Would there be some other way to obtain your information without experimenting on humans?
A: No. The nature of the experiments requires human subjects.
Q: Would it be possible to terminate these experiments?
A: We have no desire to terminate the experiments.
Q: Are you enslaved to some other race or group of beings?
A: Yes. We are controlled.
Q: Will these answers you seek help you escape that condition?
A: We do not know. We only know we desire to a more human-like life.
Q: How does being controlled cause you to feel?
A: We do not like being controlled. We wish to be only us.
Q: Do your controllers harm your people?
A: Yes. Sometimes the controllers terminate some of us when they are displeased with us.
Q: How does that make you feel?
A: It is part of our lives and has been for generations, we do not [feel about it - I receive they are dispassionate about their treatment, a particular lack of emotion over it, their emotional scope seems more toward robots than otherwise].
Q: Does your race have a name?
A: Yes, but unpronouncable to you. As we are grey-skinned, and as you are familiar with that term, call us "Greys".

Q: How many groups of you are performing these experiments?
A: Lots of us. [I get images of various locations not only here but stellar-wide, though nothing pinpointed]
